25 Box Jumps (20/24")
25 Jumping Pullups
25 Kettlebell swings (20/35 pound)
25 Walking Lunges
25 Knees to Elbows
25 Push Presses (35/45 pound)
25 Back Extensions
25 Wallball Shots (15/20 pound)
25 Double Unders
If you don't have the necessary gear, substitute a similar bodyweight exercise.
